The table summarizes the technical reproducibility of differential expression (DE) findings for ribosomal protein (RP) genes between the two technologies across shared brain regions. It reports the total number of DE events identified in each data set, the number of events found to be shared and concordant (i.e., the same gene-comparison pair was significant in both data sets with the same direction of change), and the number of shared and discordant events (significant in both but with an opposite direction of change). DE RPs were defined by Padj < 0.05 and an absolute fold change >1.5.
