Tho2 is critical for the recruitment of Rrp6 to chromatin in response to perturbed mRNP biogenesis

The Tho2 CTD recruits Rrp6 to aberrant local transcripts. Assays were performed with wild-type, tho2Δ1408–1597, and tho2Δ1271–1597 cells, expressing (+Rho) or not expressing (−Rho) Rho.
