TbADAT2 C-terminal mutant still heterodimerizes with ADAT3. (A) Wild-type TbADAT2/3 and the two C-terminal mutants were fractionated by size-exclusion chromatography as indicated in the Materials and Methods section. Both mutants eluted with a size consistent with that calculated for the wild type (∼68 kDa), again suggesting that these mutations cause no major effects on the multimeric state of these mutants.
