Comparison of occupancies derived from anomalous difference maps for data collected on U267-Iodo DIS (triangle, dotted line), U267-Bromo DIS (diamonds, dashed line), U267-SeCH₃ DIS (squares), and U2656-SeCH₃ SRL (spheres) RNA crystals. The cumulative dose limit of 15 - 18 MGy was chosen as it corresponds to the upper limit of doses typically absorbed by a crystal during MAD or SAD data collection.
