Transfer of manuscripts reviewed by other journals

Many manuscripts that are submitted to other journals receive reviews that result in rejection, and/or require onerous amounts of additional experiments or analysis to extend the importance and novelty, or to address issues that are extraneous to the main point of the manuscript. In such cases, RNA will conduct expedited evaluations of the manuscript, provided that the authors make available all communications with the original journal, including the original manuscript, reviews, authors' response to reviews, and an appropriate revised manuscript.
