Schematic diagram of the chimeric Mos–EGFP mRNA and EGFP dsRNA and siRNA used to target the EGFP sequence. The dsRNA covered the entire coding region of EGFP exactly from the fusion point and the siRNA corresponded to bases 81–103 of the EGFP sequence from the fusion point.
