Phylogenetic conservation of RNA secondary and tertiary structure in the trpEDCFBA operon leader transcript in Bacillus

Thermal denaturation curves for B. stearothermophilus trp leader RNA. RNAs were melted from 5°C–95°C at pH 7.0 and 8.0, and from 20°C–60°C at pH 6.0 at a step of 0.1°C, and the data were smoothed over 3°C before taking the first derivative.
