Protein concentrations of 0.3 mM were used and RNA was added to reach protein:RNA ratios of 0:1, 0.6:1, and 2:1 (left to right). Experiments were recorded in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4) and 150 mM KCl. (B) 1D 1H spectra of the three RNAs:RGG_P complexes recorded in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4) and 150 mM KCl under saturation conditions.
