Schematic representation of the data set preparation and validation workflow. Protein–RNA complexes with and without experimental ΔG values were subjected to MD simulations, followed by the local-to-global energy strategy to compute the MD-derived PANTHER Scores. The validated scores were used to construct the final training and test sets for ML model development and validation.
