Densities are based on calculations of the full dihedral range presented in Supplemental Figure S4. The number of residues in the minor and major populations are provided under each plot for all nucleobase and donating amine types, along with the corresponding percentages of residues that occupy the minor population. The blue shaded regions correspond to nucleobases that adopt the syn conformation, which extends beyond the lower bound of these plots to −90°.
