Comparative analysis of in vitro transcription of dsRNA produced from Divergent T7 polymerase DNA templates with and without multiple transcriptional terminators. IP-RP HPLC chromatography analysis of in vitro synthesized dsRNA of Dome11, GFP, and 120 bp, using a divergent T7 polymerase. Samples were digested with DNase and RNase T1. Left chromatograms represent samples produced from terminated transcription. Right represents samples produced from run-off transcription. dsRNA main products and multimers are indicated.
