SRSF10 is not required for the activity of SRSF3 and SRSF12, but SRSF3 is required for the activity of SRSF10 and SRSF12. (A) HCT116ΔSRSF10 cells and a control HCT116 cell line were used to test the activity of HA-SRSF3 and HA-SRSF12. Forty-eight hours after transfection with the HA-SR or a control (EMPTY) plasmids, RNA was extracted, and RT-PCR assays were conducted to monitor CLK1 exon 4 splicing (duplicates shown). PSI values were compiled and represented in a graph according to cell lines.
