Sod1 deficiency is associated with distinct tRNA modification defects. (A,B). HPLC analyses of nucleosides in $\text{[math]}$ (A) and $\text{[math]}$ (B) isolated from wild-type (MJY1150) and sod1Δ (MJY1152) cells. The absorbance units (A.U.) were measured at 254 nm or 240 nm (yW). The chromatograms represent one of two independently performed experiments, which showed comparable results.
