BLI analyses of IFIT proteins interaction with immobilized short RNAs capped with different cap analogs. Biotinylated RNAs bearing cap analogs on 5′ end were immobilized on streptavidin sensors and allowed to interact with increasing concentrations of IFIT proteins. The simple 1:1 binding model (black lines) was fitted to BLI data traces (differently colored lines) and plotted as the spectral nanometer shift as a function of time.
