Disruption of the Aspergillus fumigatus RNA interference machinery alters the conidial transcriptome

The RNAi genes are differentially expressed in conidia and mycelium. Median ratio normalization (MRN) expression indicated as read count of individual genes in conidia, 24-h and 48-h mycelium using the mRNA-seq experiment described in Figure 3. Significance was determined by two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni-corrected post hoc t-test, resulting in some minor differences from the data analyzed in Figure 3.
