Endogenous SC35 transcript levels are not affected by CR-1-31B in 4A1F163L/4A2− eHAP1 cells. Cells were exposed to the indicated concentrations of compound for 5 h, after which RNA was isolated. SC35, HPRT and β-actin mRNA levels were determined by RT-qPCR. SC35 and HPRT mRNA levels were normalized to β-actin levels and are expressed as fold change relative to DMSO controls. n = 5 ± SD.
