Highlighted in the gray box is the region of competition between hnRNPC and U2AF2 binding. (A) No smoothing has been applied using ‐‐smoothing none. The red arrowheads indicate downstream binding peaks that appear similar to that in the highlighted box. (B) The signal has been smoothed using a rolling mean with a 50 nt window using ‐‐smoothing rollmean ‐‐smoothing_window 50.
