At enzyme concentrations of 5 nM or higher, both enzymes exhibit high capping activity in 100 mM NaCl. (B) Differential effect of NaCl on FCE and VCE. In 200 mM NaCl, the TPase activity of FCE decreased significantly whereas the GTase, but not TPase, activity of VCE was affected.
