Transcripts found to be NMD regulated in previous low throughput studies. Background-subtracted and chase onset normalized T-to-C conversion rates were fitted to first order exponential decay. The first row is control transcripts not regulated by NMD. Error bars represent standard deviation. Transcripts with no error bars were calculated from two replicates. Transcripts were found to be NMD regulated in the following studies: FZF1, INO4, PDR3, and PDR8 (Guan et al. 2006); RAD54 and RAD57 (Janke et al. 2016); MPA43 (Kebaara and Atkin 2009); SPO16 (Zaborske et al. 2013).
