Aligned sequences of the first 80 nt of SARS-related genomes, called type II, isolated from various sources. They display variations with respect to both SARS-CoV-1 (type I) and SARS-CoV-2 (type III) sequences. The variations occur either in SL1 or in the upstream segment before SL2. Same annotations as in Figure 1.
