Changes in steady-state levels of mitochondrial transcripts in CaPet127 deficient strains estimated by RNA-seq. RNA-seq reads mapping to each gene were counted using featureCounts (Liao et al. 2014) and normalized using the TMM method in the edgeR package (Robinson et al. 2010). The heatmap presents log2 fold change of expression in the ΔCapet127 deletant (ΔCapet127) and Capet127D375A (D375A) mutant compared to the wild-type strain.
