Experimentally determined (A) and theoretically predicted (B) structures of the body region of the yeast U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP, which contains three RNA strands: U4 snRNA (green), U5 snRNA (blue), and U6 snRNA (red). Structures in A are extracted from the cryo-electron microscopy structure (PDB 5GAP) (Nguyen et al. 2016). Experimentally determined 2D structure in A is similar to the predicted 2D structure in B.
