Comparison of NMR spectra of Tj-cis RNA and its fragments. Imino proton spectra of RNA fragments are shown to indicate the structural similarity with the full-length Tj-cis RNA (tj-1–100). Asterisks indicate the signals of G19 and G20; for tj-1–32 and shorter fragments, the assignments were confirmed by NOESY spectra.
