Confocal microscopy analysis of PAN and the indicated methylome components performed in BCBL-1 cells at uninduced (0 h pi) and lytic stages (8–72 h pi) of KSHV replication. The confocal microscopy micrographs are accompanied by thresholded Pearson Correlation Coefficients (PCC) with colocalization that were assessed for each bioreplicate, and fluorescence intensity profiles for indicated magnified cells and identified interactions: (A) PAN-RBM15, (B) PAN-METTL3, (C) PAN-FTO, (D) PAN-HNRNPC, (E) PAN-SND1, and (F) PAN-YTHDF2. DAPI staining of the nuclei is in blue, the methylome components are in pink and PAN RNA in green (n = 3). The fluorescence intensity profiles include lines color-coded according to staining; the red dashed line outlines the nucleus.
