CRED9: a differentially expressed elncRNA regulates expression of transcription factor CEBPA

Knockdown of CRED9 results in lower CEBPA and albumin mRNA expression as well as an increase in CEBPG expression in Hep3B cells as measured by RT-ddPCR (A,E). Knockdown of CRED9 using 200 nM gapmer 4 or 150 nM gapmer 6 and the resulting changes in (B,F) CEBPA, (C,G) CEBPG, and (D,H) albumin mRNA expression.
