Comparisons of OTTER and other tRNA quantification methods. The absolute amounts of isoacceptor tRNAs in the RNA samples from log phase cells cultured in the glucose medium were measured by OTTER, and the results were compared with the relative tRNA levels in the previously reported simple tRNA-seq data (Pang et al. 2014) (A), the microarray data (Tuller et al. 2010) (B), the ARM-seq data (Cozen et al. 2015) (C), the MST data (Jacob et al. 2019) (D), and the 2D-PAGE data (Ikemura 1982) (E).
