Simple derivatives of each melting curve are plotted underneath each fluorescent melting curve. Darker colors represent data from increasing temperature ramps, while lighter colors represent data from deceasing temperature ramps. A ramp rate of 1°C/min starting at 90°C and moving to 20°C, and returning to 90°C was used.
