Excitation and emission scans of TO1-B, YO3-B, and TO3-B (0.4 µM) in excess RNA (1.5 µM). Spectra were measured with Mango III A10U bound to TO1-B and Peach I bound to either YO3-B or TO3-B. Lighter shading corresponds to excitation spectra, while the darker curves correspond to emission spectra for TO1-B (green), YO3-B (orange), and TO3-B (red).
