Results from multiple GO analyses are combined and displayed as heat maps, where color indicates the significance of enrichment within an analysis. Categorical enrichment of transcripts and transcript regions within the top 5% of reactivity increases (A) or decreases (B) after salt stress are displayed. The full results of these GO analyses are provided (Supplemental Data S4). The total number of genes classified within a GO category are listed beside each category name.
