Alternative splicing events within ribosomal protein mRNAs were measured in cancer cell lines and their spheroids. Ten alternative splicing events were chosen based on ΔPSI values from Figure 3 of HEK293 cells: Five ASEs with ΔPSI = 0% and five ASEs with ΔPSI ≥ 10% were measured in three cancer cell lines in 21% O2, 1% O2, and spheroids.
