MiR-146a down-regulates inflammatory response by targeting TLR3 and TRAF6 in Coxsackievirus B infection

Validation of miR-146a targeting to TLR3 and TRAF6. HeLa cells were transfected with miR-146a mimics, AMO-146a, and scramble RNAs, respectively. A group of the transfected cells were treated with LPS at 24 h posttransfection. Total protein was extracted at 24 h posttransfection or 6 h after the LPS treatment. The protein levels of TLR3 (A,C) and TRAF6 (B,D) were detected by western blotting. GAPDH was used as a loading control. Error bars represent the SD, n = 3.
