The [Mg2+]-dependence Mg2+-induced free energy for (A) two structures of the c-di-GMP riboswitch at [Na+] = 0.3 M, (B) the dsRNA-NF90 complex and dsRNA alone at [Na+] = 50 mM, (C) the free state and the bound-like state of the glutamine riboswitch at [K+] = 100 mM, and (D) the RNA pseudoknot and its mutant at [Na+] = 50 mM. The temperature in all the calculations is set at 25°C. The insets show the corresponding RNA structures.
