RG3039 influences the stability of HS370762 and PAQR8 RNAs. Stability of the denoted RNAs was determined following actinomycin D-mediated transcriptional silencing in HEK293T cells treated or untreated with RG3039. Values normalized to levels of GAPDH mRNA are presented relative to their respective levels at time zero. Data were derived from at least three independent experiments. Dotted line represents 50%.
