Samples in each lane are from each individual mouse. The result here is representative of at least three independent experiments. (B) Reduced expression of miR-130a in HBV transgenic mice was compared with that of the parental control mice by stem–loop qPCR analysis. (C) Relative to the wild-type control mice (naive), HBV transgenic mice exhibited decreased expression of NF-κB/p65 and increased expression of HBV core protein, PGC1α, PEPCK, G6Pase, PPARγ.
