Homol-D sites discovered upstream of box C/D snoRNA and RP genes in 13 Ascomycota species. Significant Homol-D enrichment is colored; Z-score > 2.33. Transcriptional coregulation of box C/D snoRNA and RP genes mediated by Homol-D box was found in S. pombe, S. octosporus, S. cryophilus, and S. japonicus (indicated by red-filled circle).
