Sequence motifs enriched in the RRM-containing RBPs. (A) We removed the RRM sequence from the RBPs and analyzed the remaining sequence for amino acid propensities. For all 20 amino acids, their frequencies within non-RRM regions were compared to other proteins in the human proteome and the relative ratio is plotted.
