Detection of miRNAs with DSLE. (A) Total RNAs were analyzed by DSLE for the detection of hsa-miR-21 and Giardia miR2: (lane M) 46 nt 5′-DIG-labeled oligonucleotide, (lane 1) 5 μg G. canis total RNA, and (lane 2) 2 μg HeLa RNA. (B) hsa-miR-21, hsa-miR-20a, and hsa-miR-16 were detected by DSLE using 4 μg HeLa RNA: (lane 1) hsa-miR-21, (lane 2) hsa-miR-20a, and (lane 3) hsa-miR-16.
