(A) Competition assay of the synthetic peptide C4 on the interaction between AnaRneC and AnaPnp by Far-Western dot-blot. AnaRneC, AnaPnp (the positive control), and BSA (the negative control) were dotted onto nitrocellulose membranes. After incubation with the indicated amount of AnaPnp and C4, the membranes were immunodetected with the antibody against AnaPnp (see Materials and Methods for details).
