1D 1H NMR spectra of 150 μM Lys1.2minE in the presence of increasing amounts of lysozyme. The Lys1.2minE base proton signals are overlapped in the absence of lysozyme but are increasingly resolved on the addition of 0.5 and 1.0 equivalents of lysozyme. There are no further differences in the aromatic region of the RNA spectra at higher lysozyme concentrations.
