The dissociation constant Kd was determined as the ratio of the association rate constant kon and the dissociation rate constant koff as follows: Kd = koff/kon. The mean Kd value ± SE (n = 3) is shown. The kon and koff values are shown in Tables 1 and 2. Kinetic parameters were determined using BIAevaluation software (BIAcore AB).
