An example of small RNAs derived from an intergenic region. The region on Tb927_02_v4 from 20,522 to 24,620 contains two protein coding genes (green arrows), Tb927.2.200 and Tb927.2.220, mapped by inverted overlapping small RNAs expressed in the intergenic region. The short segments indicate the siRNA pairs, and the colors represent their transcription direction (blue for sense and red for antisense).
