(B) Equal amounts of MBP-APO1, Strep-OTP51, and His-THA8 were combined (input), and then subjected to affinity chromatography on either NiNTA or amylose-coupled agarose beads. Each protein alone was also incubated with the beads to assess nonspecific interactions.
