Gene expression stability analysis of reference candidates using NormFinder. The lower the variance in the stability value, the more stable a gene is within the set of samples analyzed. In contrast to geNORM, NormFinder analyses the stability of candidate gene expression in a set of samples individually, not in a pairwise manner.
