No tissue-specific variation in editing extent in accD sites was detected in four tissues of wild-type and mutant plants. Editing of accD C794 and C1568 sites was assayed in RNA extracted from four different tissues of wild-type Columbia and WiscDsLox330H10 homozygous mutant plants.
