PUF proteins with different specificities. Three-hybrid analysis of different C. elegans PUF proteins. Relative binding of RNAs to PUF-11 was normalized to RNA I-1; binding to PUF-5 was normalized to 5BE; and binding to PUF-8 was normalized to NRE.
