Duration of siLAM-pTOX-mediated lamin A/C suppression after PS-ON-stimulated delivery. ECV-304 cells were incubated with 1.5 μM siLAM-pTOX in the presence of 1 μM PS-ON 72mer for 24 h at 37°C. Cells were kept in culture, and at the indicated time points cells were collected, their total RNA was extracted and reverse transcribed, and lamin A/C mRNA levels were determined by quantitative PCR.
