Ilimaquinone leads to a dispersion of PS-ON delivered siLam-Alexa555 from the perinuclear space into the cytoplasm. ECV-304 cells were incubated with 1 μM siLam-Alexa555 and 1 μM PS-ON for 60 min at 37°C. After five washes with Opti-MEM, cells were incubated with 12.5–100 μM ilimaquinone for 30 min. Nuclei (blue) were stained with Hoechst 33342.
