Degradation of mutant forms of tRNAArgCCG do not require Trf4p. (A) RNA extracted from wild-type cells (lane 1), cells carrying the trr4-1 and trr4-2 mutations in tRNAArgCCG (lanes 2,5), trr4-1 cells lacking TRF4 (trr4-1 trf4Δ; lane 3), trf4Δ (lane 4), and trr4-2 trf4Δ (lane 6) cells was probed to detect tRNAArgCCG.
