Northern blot hybridization analysis of C04F12.9 mRNA expression in total RNA from the wild type and mutants defective in components of RNAi pathways. Each lane of a 1% agarose formaldehyde gel was loaded with 20 μg of total RNA. Approximately equal loading was confirmed by ethidium bromide staining of the gels before transfer (bottom).
