SsrA tagging of CRP proteins expressed from crp variants. Lysates equivalent to OD600 = 0.01 prepared from TA341 (Δcrp ssrA+), TA501 (Δcrp ΔssrA), or TA481 (Δcrp ssrADD) cells harboring the indicated plasmids were analyzed by Western blotting using anti-CRP (lanes 19,1113,1520) and anti-DD-tag (lanes 10,14) antibodies.
